Extremely useful and convenient. I can hand Claude Code a real codebase and it understands the existing components, styles, and constraints without making me restate everything. It also checks the work afterward, which saves a lot of back-and-forth.

I strongly recommend Claude Code. What stands out is that it reads the repository first and then works with the structure already in place. For older projects, it makes the small painful fixes much easier to move through.

It is genuinely helpful. I can give it an error, a screenshot, and the desired behavior, and it turns that into concrete edits. State cleanup, copy changes, and mobile layout fixes all feel much lighter.

Beyond being a development assistant I keep using every month, it is practical. When I ask it to preserve the existing style, it follows the local patterns instead of inventing a new architecture.
